Define the challenge
The brand needed to scale up sales volume in a highly competitive market, but because of their premium price point, they couldn't rely on cheap discounts without hurting their luxury image. They also struggled to maintain a profitable Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) when trying to push higher ad budgets.

Identify specific mid-priced products that could act as "gateway" purchases for new customers, and create an advertising architecture that allows for aggressive spending during peak times without breaking the algorithm.
Define the solution
We analyzed their catalog and isolated high-appeal, mid-tier SKUs to drive initial customer acquisition. To scale aggressively on weekends without destabilizing their main ad account, we deployed a multi-account setup. A secondary ad account was used as the "heavy hitter" for massive budget pushes, while the primary account was left alone to maintain consistent, baseline growth.
